Vicky established the business as a sole trader over 30 years ago, employing her first member of staff shortly after the arrival of her daughter more than 25 years ago.

Beginning her career as a Farm Secretary, Vicky became self-employed and initially worked from a cupboard under the stairs before going on to support large business clients across many aspects of their operations. As the business grew, a barn on the family farm was converted into office space, followed by the introduction of the training side of the business in 2006.

Over the years, Vicky has developed the business in a way that keeps it resilient, adaptable, and able to meet changing industry trends and increasing client demands.
